Sizes
We offer BigHeads ranging in size from 12" - 47". Whether you need a handful of small cutouts to pass around the party or a few giant ones to stand out in the crowd, we have the perfect sizing options for all occasions!
Materials
We produce our BigHeads in a variety of materials; each of which having unique features.
- The standard, most economical material available for your BigHead poster is coated cardboard. This option is best for indoor use and moderate handling.
- For the highest print quality BigHead, we recommend foam core. This is a very flat material and provides the sharpest image quality for your custom BigHead photo.
- If you need your BigHead to survive the elements or you want to reuse it for multiple events we recommend corrugated plastic. This material is similar in construction to cardboard, but is impervious to the elements and more durable than regular cardboard.
All of the materials are printed with UV resistant, waterproof inks on commercial quality ink jet printers. Your big head print t will not fade in the sun and will look great for many years.
Stick and Yard Stake Options
Need an extra attachment to easily display your BigHead? All of our 12" heads come with a hand-held stick, and we have a 24" BigHead option that comes with a yard stake! The yard stake BigHead is printed on Bubble-X plastic by default to ensure it outlasts the outdoor weather.

Please allow 1 business day for us to make your BigHead and then add shipping time. Please don't count weekend days for either production or shipping time for your BigHead poster.
