CardboardCutoutStandees.com guarantees 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our products, we will first make every attempt to replace your item at no cost. If we are unable to provide a satisfactory replacement, CardboardCutoutStandees.com will provide a full refund including shipping costs.

Returns

Please contact us prior to returning any of our products.  In many cases we will not need to have you return the products to us.  In most cases where the product needs to be return we utilize this procedure:

  1. Cut a 3" x 5" piece (approximately) off the top of your standee
  2. Write your Order ID number on the back of the piece 
  3. Place it in an envelope with 2 stamps and return it to:

Shipping times

Please check the home page to see when your custom standee or bighead is scheduled to ship. Then, add the number of days for the shipping option that you choose at checkout. Please do not count weekends or holidays as shipping days.

Our products ship via US Priority Mail or UPS from La Crosse, WI 54601.
